About SandCastle Gems Sand Castle Gems is a family owned and operated business specializing in unique handcrafted jewellery. All of our items are created in our at-home studio located in White Rock British Columbia. We use only the finest quality semi-precious gemstones, handmade glass beads, genuine Swarovski Austrain crystals, gemstones, Freshwater Pearls, , 925 sterling silver, and Bali 999 Silver beads and spacers, Gold Filled trim beads and Sterling Silver or Gold Filled French earwires. Most orders are processed within twenty-four hours of purchase. Custom orders will require extra time. Jewelry items are sent in a beautiful organza bag inside a padded envelope. All orders will include a tracking number. Please include your e-mail address when you check out and we will be happy to forward the tracking number to you.
Please note that a PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. The company that does processes our credit cards is PayPal. If you are using a gift certificate, do not use the checkout button, email us for instructions.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if that's not the case, we will refund your payment. Simply return the item at your expense within seven days. Once
we receive the item back, a refund will be issued.
